HDPE
Our HDPE Geomembrane is a Grade AA (Premium Grade) product manufactured from 100% virgin resin material produced by petrochemical manufacturers. It is not made from recycled materials, resulting in higher quality, durability, and performance compared to conventional HDPE geomembranes made with recycled materials.
HDPE plastic sheets are manufactured to AA Grade (Premium Grade) using virgin resin material produced directly by petrochemical manufacturers, rather than recycled materials. This results in superior quality, strength, and durability compared with conventional HDPE products made from recycled materials.
Our HDPE sheets are guaranteed to provide UV resistance for up to 5 years, while lower-priced HDPE products generally do not offer a UV resistance guarantee. This ensures greater reliability and long-term performance in outdoor applications.
In addition, our HDPE sheets are manufactured with full thickness in accordance with the specified standards and project specifications, ensuring consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and reliable performance throughout the application.
HDPE GEOMEMBRANE
HDPE Geomembrane is a widely used impermeable lining material for applications such as landfills, wastewater treatment ponds, mining projects, and various liquid containment systems. It is particularly suitable for projects where leakage prevention is essential, including specialized chemical containment applications and projects requiring protection against ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) offers excellent resistance to weathering, ultraviolet (UV) radiation, and a wide range of chemicals, making it a cost-effective and reliable solution for applications such as dams and reservoirs. HDPE sheets are also resistant to insects, fungi, and chemicals commonly found in soil.
Unlike other types of lining materials, our HDPE geomembrane does not contain plasticizer-based materials that may cause deformation or premature deterioration. The material provides excellent resistance to UV radiation and chemical exposure, while maintaining its performance under harsh environmental conditions.
Due to its high durability and resistance to environmental factors, HDPE geomembrane can be used for long-term applications without requiring additional burial or covering solely for protection, providing an effective and sustainable solution for various containment and lining applications.

HDPE Sheet Applications
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Sheets supplied by Wulwith International Co., Ltd. are manufactured at internationally recognized facilities and are widely used for a variety of environmental, agricultural, industrial, and civil engineering applications.
1. Reservoir and Pond Lining
HDPE sheets are used to line reservoirs and ponds to prevent water loss caused by seepage into the ground. The sheets act as an impermeable barrier for storing water from groundwater sources, rainfall, streams, and other water supplies. HDPE lining helps conserve water and is suitable for agricultural water reservoirs, industrial water storage, community water reservoirs, and water supply systems.
2. Wastewater and Biogas Pond Covers
HDPE sheets can be used to cover wastewater treatment ponds and livestock manure storage ponds to help reduce pollution and environmental impacts. The gas generated beneath the cover can be collected and utilized for various purposes, such as electricity generation or heat production. HDPE sheets offer excellent flexibility, durability, gas-pressure resistance, and UV resistance, making them suitable for pond-cover applications.
3. Wastewater Pond Lining
HDPE sheets are used to line wastewater treatment ponds to prevent wastewater and chemical contaminants from seeping into the ground. HDPE lining provides an effective and economical solution compared with conventional methods such as clay lining and concrete construction. It also offers easier installation and construction control while providing reliable leakage protection.
4. Irrigation Canal Lining
HDPE sheets can be used to line irrigation canals to minimize water loss caused by seepage during water distribution. As an alternative to concrete or compacted soil, HDPE lining can significantly reduce water leakage and is also suitable for repairing existing irrigation canals with cracked or deteriorated concrete surfaces.
5. Landfill Lining
HDPE sheets are used as liners for landfill sites to prevent leachate from seeping into the surrounding soil and groundwater. HDPE sheets installed along the bottom and side slopes of landfill cells provide an effective barrier against leachate and chemical substances generated during the decomposition of waste, helping to protect surrounding soil and groundwater resources.
6. Agricultural Pond Lining
HDPE sheets are widely used in agricultural applications to protect water resources and maintain suitable environmental conditions. They can be used for water storage ponds in orchards and agricultural areas, shrimp and fish ponds, prevention of water seepage into the ground, protection against pathogens and unwanted organisms entering ponds, and salt evaporation ponds to help maintain cleaner and higher-quality salt production.
