High Strength Polyester Uniaxial & Biaxial Warp-Knitting
Production Introduction
Warp-knitting polyester geogrid adopts industrial high-strength, high modulus and low-shrinkage twisting polyester fiber as raw material. With warp-knitted directional structure, there is no bend statement among warp and weft yarns of the fabric. The cross points are bundled and banded together by high-strength polyester fiber and form solid binding points. After coating high-quality oil or water-soluble PVC, its physical and chemical property puts into great play.

Fiberglass Geogrid
Production Introduction
Fiberglass geogrid is a kind of product that uses excellent reinforcement non-alkali fiberglass yarn as material. It is adopted warp knitting directive texture as mesh substrate and warp knitted on the modern imported warp-knitting machine. Coating with high quality modified asphalt, the geogrid has high tensile strength, tearing resistance, good creep resistance.
Production Features
The product is featured for its high tensile strength. low elongation, high modulus, good toughness, light weight, anti-corrosive, ageing resistance, as well as good physical and chemical stability, thermo-stability, no long term creep. It can prevent the road cracking under low temperature and fatigue condition, the pavement rut under high temperature.
Application Range
- Maintenance of old asphalt road, reinforcement of asphalt pavement.
- Rebuild old cement concrete road into composite road, restrain reflection crack caused by different block contraction.
- It has widely application on road renovation and expansion project, prevents cracks along the joint position caused by uneven sedimentation.
